We want you to be 100% satisfied with everything from Emerge Bath Co. If for any reason you’re not, simply return or exchange your products, by following the below guidelines! (terms of service may apply) 

 
 

RETURN OPTIONS & GUIDELINES: ONLINE PURCHASE (UNITED STATES ONLY) 

 

Any item(s) purchased online or by phone that you received damaged, defective or a wrong item may be exchanged or returned. 

To do so, please contact us through the "Talk to us" tab of our official website, email us or call us at 248-xxx-xxx. 

  • Original Invoice: A merchandise credit or refund (excluding shipping & handling charges) will be issued for the return. For orders where PayPal was used as a form of payment, only an exchange or merchandise credit (excluding shipping and handling charges) will be issued for the return. If you prefer a refund to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges) please follow our Returns by Mail instructions below. Order Confirmation emails cannot be used as proof of purchase. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the refund amount. 

  • No Invoice: If you do not have your original invoice, your refund or exchange approval will be subject to the discretion of Emerge Bath Co. at the time of your return. We reserve the right to deny any refund requests made without an invoice at any time. An exchange or merchandise credit may possibly be issued based on the lowest selling price of the item, factoring in all applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and any coupon code that may have applied at the time of purchase. 

  • Purchases made with a credit cards or E-Gift Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash NO EXCEPTIONS.  

ADDITIONAL RETURN GUIDELINES 

All returns, exchanges and price adjustments must be made using the original payment method for the purchase. Payment & Return Policies are non-negotiable; if the return is made with an invoice, the policy on the invoice governs. If the return is made without an invoice, the posted No Invoice return policy governs. 

A government-issued ID is required for all returns and exchanges. Emerge Bath Co. will keep electronic copy of this ID on file for the sole purpose of preventing return abuse. Emerge Bath Co. does not sell the information obtained through this process. You will be limited to the number of returns within a 90 day period (this does not include defective merchandise). 

 

RETURNS BY MAIL 

  • STEP 1: Complete the return form on the bottom of your invoice. Enclose the return form inside the box and keep the top half of the invoice for your records. 

  • STEP 2: Prepare your package for shipment by ensuring your merchandise & ALL paperwork are inside. Including a copy of your state issued ID or Driver's License and proof of purchase. 

  • STEP 3: Be sure that all return packages are properly insured and tracked. Return shipping fees are the customer’s expense and sole responsibility. Mail your package to: 

  • STEP 4: In 2-5 business days contact Emerge Bath Co. to ensure receipt of return package. Once all merchandise and paperwork receipt have been verified Emerge Bath Co. Will within 2-5 business days post your credit or refund or ship your replacement merchandise to the mailing address on the original invoice.
